Resort Fee
In order for The Lodge at Breckenridge to remain competitive and bring value to our guests we include an additional resort fee with the hotel lodging bill. This procedure allows us to charge our guests individually, at a fraction of the cost, for amenities such as parking. A 6.85% per night, resort fee is included with each reservation at The Lodge at Breckenridge. This standard charge can be found at resorts and hotels worldwide resulting in additional benefit and enjoyment to guests.

The resort fee at The Lodge at Breckenridge includes complimentary: parking; wireless internet in the lobby. In hotel rooms services include daily housekeeping.

Tax
There is a 5.775% sales tax included on all room charges. Total taxes, surcharges and fees incurred for lodging at The Lodge at Breckenridge is 14.625%.

Summer Lodging Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Summer reservations, April 21 through October, require full payment at time of booking reservation for all lodging nights including taxes & resort Fees.

At time of booking reservation all monies are due and no complete refund after booking. Cancellations 14 days before arrival forfeit 25% of the original deposit amount. If a cancellation occurs less than 14 days prior to arrival all monies are forfeited. Reduction in the length of stay or room type within the 14 day penalty period, no shows, late arrivals, and early departures are considered cancellations which are non-refundable.

Winter Lodging Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Winter reservations, November through April, require a two night deposit per unit at time of booking. The remaining lodging balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Close in reservations made within 45 days require a full lodging deposit.

Winter cancellations made outside of 45 days from arrival forfeit 25% of the total deposit amount. If a cancellation occurs less than 45 days prior to arrival all monies are forfeited. Reduction in the length of stay or room type within the 45 day penalty period, no shows, late arrivals, and early departures are considered cancellations which are non-refundable.

Individuals shall not be relieved of any portion of their reservation due to weather, flight cancellations, travel related acts of war or terrorism, or other issues which may arise and which are not under the control of The Lodge at Breckenridge.
